New Team Projects - How to use this section

Since 'Devils Angels & Dating' is winding up soon and about to be released in the coming months, it's also gradually losing team members as each department finishes up. However this site has become a fantastic database of Animation and VFX talent and the Members search feature is an incredibly powerful tool for finding talent.

I'd like to continue to allow artists interested in volunteering on projects to sign up and to give other team leaders the opportunity to join up and connect with them.

Team leaders should:

1. Sign up on our site
2. Tick the "Recruiter" box
3. Use your real/full name
4. Use a respectable head shot for your image
5. Start a thread in this section with the title of the project
6. Include all the information a prospective team member might need to decide if they want to join your team including Artwork and Video embeds.
7. Link to your project thread from your profile and make it clear you're here to recruit for it in your profile
8. Use the Advanced Search in the Members page to find talent
9. Friend Request the people you want to talk to
10. Wait for them to accept the friend request
11. Start communicating through private chat or messages

 

For the time being this site isn't the place to run your whole project and the Image and Video Galleries are out of bounds for anything unrelated to 'Devils, Angels & Dating'. But if you keep a tidy, informative thread with important status updates and you act respectfully you can find some strong talent here. Bear in mind that when people first signed up they may have been interested in volunteering on a project, but things change and they may not be in a point in their lives that it would suite them now. So be respectful.
