Austin Film Society Screening

A few of us based here in Austin got the chance to mingle at an Austin Film Society mixer this evening, and we screened the teaser trailer. This is in their screening room, with a full audience of filmmakers, so it was a receptive audience and we got a great response. It was a nice change of pace, as it was the only fully animated character piece shown during the evening. Most of the other content was live action, so I guess most of the audience where live action production people.

 

I gave an intro to the film and also announced that we'll be having a preview (work in progress) screening of the entire film at the next Aauga 3D Users meetup, which is on the 27th of September at Mr. Tramps. We'll also try to hand out feedback cards to see what notes we get.
